Mission Health Communities is currently seeking an ambitious AP Assistant at our home office in Tampa, Florida.  This position will report into the AP Manager. 

The AP Assistant will handle the more administrative component of the AP Function, including: 

  • Invoice Printing
  • Invoice Batch Scanning
  • Invoice Batch Parsing
  • Invoice Attaching (in GP)
  • Emailing Batches to Facilities for Review and Approval

This is a PART TIME position and we need someone who can work M-F, 4 hours each day.

Our office is located off of Bay to Bay and Bayshore Blvd.
